Replicons

You can find us at 1/2 on the 1st Cross of Nagappa Street. This part of Malleshwaram, Palace Guttahalli, has a lot of history and the streets are quite narrow. Replicons has been here for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Our building is nothing out of the ordinary, just a practical space where we can get our work done without too many distractions. There’s a lot of foot traffic outside, especially in the mornings when people are heading to work or the market. We usually have the radio playing low in the background while we work. It’s just a handful of us here, and we’ve all gotten used to the cramped quarters and the way the floor creaks in certain spots. We don't spend much on decorating or making things look polished for visitors. Most of our day is spent dealing with the technical side of things and making sure the equipment is running right. When something breaks, we usually fix it ourselves instead of calling someone in. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the back door, so we keep a bucket there just in case. It’s just a normal, hardworking environment where we do our best to stay on top of things. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just putting in the hours and making sure the day's tasks are completed before we lock up.
