Reliance Capital

Our office is located at 37 8 on the 4th Main, 10th Cross in Lakshmaiah Block. It’s part of Ganganagar, Bangalore 32. It’s a nice enough area, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been running Reliance Capital from this spot for a while now. It’s a standard office with a few desks and a computer for each of us. We aren't a big tech startup with beanbags and free snacks. We’re more of a traditional setup. We spend our hours looking at financial documents and making sure everything is in the right place. Bangalore is a city that’s changing fast, but our little corner feels pretty steady. We have our routines, like the morning coffee and the mid-afternoon snack. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we aren't that kind of group. We just work here. When people come in, we talk to them plainly. No jargon or complicated talk. We just see what the situation is and try to sort it out. The office gets a bit dusty because of the roadwork nearby, but we keep things as tidy as we can. It’s a practical environment for practical work. We’ve got a good view of the street from the window, and we know many of the people who walk by every day. It’s a decent place to spend the work week, even when the traffic outside gets stuck for hours.
