24 7 Customer

Our 24 7 Customer branch is located in Dindigul, at a place called Murugha Bhavanam. It sits on 19 20 O C Pillai Nagar. If you are from around here, you know it’s a fairly straightforward area. The building has a bit of a traditional name, which we like. Dindigul can get incredibly hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are pointed in the right direction. It is a decent-sized space for us. We have enough room for the teams to sit without bumping into each other too much. The street outside isn't as loud as the ones in the bigger cities, which is a relief. We mainly focus on support and keeping the lines open for whoever needs us. There’s a small tea stall just down the road where most of the guys go during their break time. The atmosphere inside is pretty casual. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes for a regular job. We’ve been at this OC Pillai Nagar address for a good while. The office is functional and does what it needs to do. We don't have any flashy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s just a place of work where people show up, do their shift, and go back to their families. It’s a quiet, steady rhythm we have going here in this part of town.
