A2Hr Consulting is based at House No 21 1 on the 11th Main in Shakamhari Nagar. We are right on the 7th Cross near Pipeline Road in Bangalore. The office is basically a converted house, which gives it a much more relaxed feel than those big office parks you see elsewhere in the city. We’ve been doing HR consulting for a while, mostly helping local businesses find the right people to join their teams. It is a lot of talking on the phone, interviewing candidates, and looking through stacks of resumes. We don't have a big HR software system or anything too complex. We mostly rely on what we know about the local job market and the people we’ve met over the years. The traffic on Pipeline Road can be pretty bad during peak hours, so we often hear the honking from the street while we’re working. We don't have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine that makes lattes. It’s just a simple setup with a few desks and chairs. We aren't interested in using corporate jargon or making big promises. We just try to help folks find jobs and help companies find workers without making the whole process too difficult. It’s a small, honest business and that suits us just fine. We just take it one candidate at a time and see where they might fit best.
