You will find 24 7Customer Serivice over at 101 1st Cross in Dhodda Basavanapura. This is in the Virgonager Post area of Bangalore. We are quite far out from the main city center, which means the air is a little bit better but the commute can be a long one for some of us. The office is situated on a regular street in a growing neighborhood. It’s a basic setup in a multi-story building. We have been here for a while and have seen the area change quite a bit as more buildings go up. We handle a lot of service work, so the phones are usually ringing from morning until night. It’s a simple place to work. We have a few desks, some decent chairs, and a small area to make tea. There’s no big signage or flashy lights. We just have a small board near the entrance so people know they’re in the right place. The staff here are mostly local folks who know the area well. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We are just a local service center trying to keep up with the daily load of work. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all have to take a forced break, but usually, it’s just a steady stream of tasks. It is a plain, honest place where we just focus on the job at hand.
