Regency Cricket Coaching Camp

You’ll find us over at Ramamurthy Nagar on A S Char Street, specifically at number 62. It’s a place where we spend most of our time out on the field. We’ve got the cricket gear piled up in the storage area and the nets are always ready for practice. It’s not a fancy stadium, just a regular spot where people can come and work on their game. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time. Most days are spent under the sun, which can be tough, but we like being outdoors. There’s always the sound of a ball hitting a bat or someone shouting instructions. We aren't trying to be world-class trainers; we’re just locals who know the game of cricket well. We teach the basics like how to hold a bat and how to bowl a straight line. Sometimes the equipment gets worn out and we have to fix it or get new stuff. It’s a lot of physical work, setting up the pitch and cleaning up afterwards. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything. Our office is basically wherever the bags are sitting. We have kids and adults coming by at different hours. It’s a busy environment but we enjoy the rhythm of the sessions. We just want to see people enjoy the sport as much as we do. It’s a simple setup on a regular street. Even when it's raining and we can't play, we're usually around the street talking about the latest matches.
