You can find us over in Madiwala, specifically on 1st Main and 1st Cross in Maruthinagara. If you know Bangalore, you know this area is always moving. We’ve got a small setup here where we handle recruitment. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. People come to us when they’re tired of searching for work on their own. We don’t have any secret formulas or anything like that. We just look at what a person can do and try to find a company that needs those skills. It sounds simple, but it takes a lot of time. The office is usually a bit cluttered with folders and notes we’ve taken during interviews. We don’t mind the mess much as long as we know where everything is. Madiwala is a great spot because it’s central, but the noise from the street can get loud sometimes. We’ve been at this for a bit now. We’ve seen the job market go up and down. Sometimes it's easy to find a match, and other times it feels impossible. We just keep plugging away. It’s just a few of us working here, trying to make things work for the candidates who come in. We’re not a huge agency with hundreds of employees. We’re just a local firm doing our thing in Maruthinagara. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough to keep coming back.
