Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through files. It’s just regular office work, nothing too flashy. We are a small group of people who have worked together for a long time, so we don't really need formal meetings to know what's going on. We just talk across the room. Outside, you can hear the buses and the horns constantly, but you get used to it after a week. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until the backup kicks in. It’s a very grounded way to work. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to get our daily jobs done so we can go home to our families.
