Raos Tutorial Institute

Raos Tutorial Institute is located in Jayanagar 5th Block, specifically at No 194 on 38th Cross. We’re quite near the Telephone Exchange, which is the landmark we usually tell everyone to look for. Jayanagar is a bit of a maze with all its crosses and mains, but once you find the exchange, we’re just a short walk away. The institute has been around for a while now. The building is older, with those heavy wooden doors and big windows that let in the breeze. We have several rooms filled with long wooden benches that have some carvings from students who were bored years ago. It’s a simple setup. We don't have air conditioning, so the ceiling fans are always humming in the background. Most of the work here involves a lot of paper and ink. We are constantly printing out notes or checking through assignments. The afternoons get quite warm, especially when the sun hits the front of the building. We usually keep some water in a big clay pot to stay cool. It’s a very local kind of place where everyone knows everyone. Parents often stop by just to chat for a few minutes about how their kids are doing. We don't do anything fancy with marketing; people just seem to find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. It is just a place where we sit down and get through the school work.
