Ranga Saloon

Ranga Saloon is a small shop located at No 471 on Dhobighat Main Road. We are in Brindavan Nagar, which is a busy little pocket of Bangalore. Being near the dhobighat means there’s always people moving around and things happening nearby. The shop is just a basic room with the necessary chairs and tools for cutting hair. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning or expensive furniture. It’s the kind of place where you can just sit down and get your hair done without any fuss. The walls have a few pictures on them and we have a small TV that is usually on some news channel or a movie. We’ve been here in the 560019 area for quite some time now. Most of our customers are locals who live just a few streets away. We know which chair everyone likes and how they usually want their hair cut. The floor gets covered in hair pretty quickly, so we are always using the broom. It’s a simple life running a saloon on this road. We open up early and stay until the last person leaves. There’s nothing corporate about it. It’s just a regular local business run by people who live in the neighborhood. We just want to keep the shop going and look after the people around here.
