Ramdev Novelties

Ramdev Novelties is located at 101/7 in the CBS Plaza in Mamulpet. Mamulpet is one of those places where the streets are so narrow and crowded that you feel like you’re in another world. Our shop is right in the thick of it. The CBS Plaza has a lot of different businesses, but we’ve managed to carve out our own little space here. We sell all sorts of small novelty items that you’d expect to find in a market like this. The mornings are usually spent checking what we sold the day before and seeing what needs to be ordered. It’s a bit of a puzzle trying to fit everything into the shop because the space is quite limited. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes things feel a bit slow, but then a group of customers will walk in and things get busy again. We don't have any fancy air conditioning or anything, just a couple of fans that hum all day. We’ve gotten used to the noise and the hustle of Mamulpet over the years. It’s a tough place to work if you don't like crowds, but we’ve grown to enjoy the energy. We just try to be fair with everyone and keep the shelves stocked with things people actually want to buy. There isn't much more to it than that. Most days we are just happy to see the shop full of people and the day going by.
