I am Rajesha D and I run my business out of 388 Ejipura. The area is also known as Budhwar Peth and I’m located quite near the Rama Temple. Having the temple nearby is a good thing; it makes it very easy to give people directions when they are coming to see me. Ejipura is a crowded place with lots of small lanes. My shop is tucked into one of these spots. It isn't a large space, but it’s enough for me to keep my things organized. I spend most of my day right here. Sometimes I’m working on orders, other times I’m just tidying up. I don't use any fancy language or complicated sales pitches. If someone needs something, they ask, and I tell them if I can do it. It’s straightforward. The temple bells are a nice sound to hear during the day. It reminds me of the time passing. I’ve lived in this part of town for a long time, so I know most of the faces that pass by. I don’t have a big sign with flashing lights. People just know where I am. It’s a lot of manual work and being on my feet. My back gets a bit sore by evening, but I don’t mind. It feels good to be productive. I’ll be here at 388 Ejipura for the foreseeable future, just doing my work day by day. It is what I know how to do best.
