Rajdhani

Rajdhani has been sitting here on Lavelle Road at number 24 for quite some time. It is a busy street with lots of cars and people walking to their offices. We see a lot of the same faces every day. The morning starts with us cleaning the tables and making sure everything is ready for the lunch crowd. It gets really loud around one o'clock. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a bunch of us working in the kitchen and serving the tables. We try to keep things moving so people aren't waiting too long. Lavelle Road is a high-profile place, but we keep our heads down and work. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for deliveries, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in the city. We just want to make sure the food is ready when people are hungry. The building is old but we like it. We've fixed a few things here and there over the years. It’s a job that keeps us on our feet all day. We don't spend much on decorations. The food is the main thing folks come for anyway. You can find us right there near the main junction. It’s a solid spot and we aren't planning on moving anytime soon. We just keep the routine going day after day, year after year, serving whoever walks through that front door.
