We've been here in Koramangala for a while now. It's a busy spot near Surat Ho. People come in for a quick bite or to sit down. We mostly keep things simple. The kitchen stays busy most of the day. We try to keep the tables clean but sometimes when it's packed, it takes a minute. It’s just how things go. You might see us running around. We started out small and stayed that way. Nothing fancy about the chairs or the walls. Just a place to get something to eat. Most of our regulars know what they want before they even walk through the door. We see the same faces every week. Some people have been coming since we opened. It’s good to recognize people. We don't spend much on ads or anything like that. Word of mouth usually does the job. If you're walking around VI Block, you'll probably spot us. The weather here can be hit or miss, but the kitchen is always warm. We have our routine. Prep starts early. We close up when the day is done. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we do. Sometimes we run out of stuff early if it’s a crazy day. Hope you don't mind. We just do our best with what we have here. It’s not a big corporate chain, just a local spot. People ask about our history, but there isn't much to say except we like being here.
