Raj Food

Raj Food has been sitting here in Electronic City for a while now. It’s a busy area, as everyone knows. We see people rushing to their offices every single morning with their bags and laptops. We are just a small part of that daily rush. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at. We have some tables and chairs that have seen better days, but they work fine. We start our day by checking what we have in the pantry. Sometimes we forget to order enough rice, and one of us has to run out quickly to the store. It’s just me and a couple of guys working here. We aren't experts, we just learned as we went along. The weather in Bangalore can be a bit unpredictable, so some days we are very busy when it rains and other days it’s quiet. We don't really have a big plan or anything. We just open up, cook what needs to be cooked, and wait for people to come in. Most of our customers are in a hurry, so we try not to keep them waiting too long. It’s a lot of standing on our feet all day, and by the evening, we are pretty tired. But we like the people who stop by to chat for a minute while they eat. It makes the day go by faster. We just keep doing what we do and hope the food is good.
