Raghu Instant Foods

We’ve been over here at 6 Ramaraju Gardens for a while now. It is right in Ganpatipura off Kanakapura Road. Most mornings start pretty early when the first trucks get here. We move around lots of bags of spices and grains. The kitchen area gets warm fast, especially when the grinders are running. It is not a huge place but we make it work with what we have. People usually find us by looking for the gate near the old trees. We mostly just focus on getting the food packed up and ready to go before the afternoon traffic gets too bad. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and start back up. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We don’t have fancy robots or anything like that. Just a few of us making sure things are clean and the bags are filled right. My cousin helps with the heavy lifting and I handle the orders. It gets dusty inside because of the flour and the dry mixes, so we sweep a few times a day. We keep the doors open when it's not raining to get some air in. It is just a regular spot where we do our work. Nothing fancy about it, really. We just try to get the orders out on time so the shops have what they need for their customers. The neighborhood is mostly quiet until the school nearby lets out.
