Raghavendra Caterer

Raghavendra Caterer is located at No.29-B, right near the Ganesh Temple in Dasarahalli. Being so close to the temple means we are always in the middle of things. We do a lot of catering for local events and family functions. It is mostly a family business. We learned how to handle the big pots and the recipes from our elders. Our kitchen isn't full of fancy gadgets. We do most of the chopping and mixing by hand, the old-fashioned way. It takes more time, but we think it works better. Dasarahalli is where we live and work, so we know many of the people who come to us. We don’t use any professional marketing or anything like that. Usually, someone eats our food at a wedding and then asks for our number. It’s a lot of long hours, especially on the weekends. Cleaning up the big vessels after a long day is probably the hardest part of the job. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get the food delivered, especially if it’s raining and the roads get messy. We just cover everything up and try to stay on schedule. We are not a big company with many branches. It’s just this one place here in Dasarahalli. We just try to do our work honestly and keep things running. It’s what we know how to do, and it keeps the family busy. Every day is a bit different.
