Radio Mirchi

Down at No430 on 3rd Cross, things stay pretty busy. We are tucked into the 5th Main in HBR Layout, and if you know this part of town, you know the traffic can be a real headache. Working at Radio Mirchi here means you get used to the sounds of the neighborhood. The building is okay, nothing special, but it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. We have a few desks, some computers that act up sometimes, and a lot of coffee mugs lying around. It feels more like a lived-in space than a polished office. Most of us live nearby so we walk or take a scooter. The 5th Block area has changed a lot since we first started showing up here. Sometimes it feels like there is always construction going on next door. We don't really have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we’re there working. It’s just how we do things in this corner of Bangalore. We focus on the daily tasks, making sure the schedules are right and the gear is working. It’s not always quiet, especially when everyone is talking at once, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. It's just a place where we come to work and get through the day together. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go from this HBR Layout spot over the years.
