R S Water Supply is over in Banaswadi on the 12th Main Road, within the Industrial Estate at 292/2. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by all kinds of workshops and small factories. It’s a noisy, active place to be, and there is always someone working nearby. We handle water supply needs for the local area. It involves a lot of coordination with our drivers and making sure the storage tanks are ready to go. The office at 292/2 is really just a base of operations for us. We have a small desk, some chairs, and a lot of logbooks to keep track of where the water needs to go each day. It isn't a place where people come to hang out. We are usually either on the phone or out in the yard checking on the trucks and equipment. The 12th Main Road gets a lot of heavy vehicle traffic, so there is always a layer of dust on the windows. We’ve been operating from this location for several years now. It’s a simple business model that relies on being reliable for our neighbors. We don't use any fancy apps or high-tech marketing schemes. We just answer the phone when it rings and send the water where it is needed. Most of the people around here know our trucks by sight. It is a straightforward job and we just get on with it.
