Our office is tucked away at 1-17-45, 9Th Cross Road. If you know the Btm 2nd Stage area, you know how busy South City Road can get at almost any time of day. R S L Events India Pvt Ltd has been based in this spot for a bit now. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at different sites setting things up. It’s mostly about coordinating stuff like stages, sound systems, lights, and chairs for whatever gathering is happening next. The space here is full of metal files and some old samples from past projects that we haven't thrown away yet. We aren't a big corporate giant with fancy glass walls, just a team trying to get things organized so people can have their events without too much stress. Sometimes our old coffee machine breaks down, which is a bit of a disaster on a busy Monday morning. We have a lot of lists. Lists for food vendors, lists for timings, lists for sound equipment. It's a lot of juggling different things at once. People come by to talk about their plans, and we sit around the big scratched table in the back room. The neighborhood is nice, and there are plenty of small places to grab a quick snack nearby when we're working late. We don't have a flashy showroom or anything like that. Just a practical workspace where the actual planning gets done. It can get a bit messy when we're in the middle of a big project, but we usually know where everything is.
