You can find us at No.18 on the 3rd Cross of Anjaneya Temple Street. We are right off Nagasandra Main Road, not far from the Udupi Ice Cream shop in Thyagarajanagar. It’s a lively neighborhood with the temple nearby. You can often hear the bells or the sounds from the main road while we are working. Our building is an older one, but it’s solid. We’ve got our kitchen setup on the ground floor. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of staff in for a big job. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning, just a few ceiling fans that work hard. We focus on the basics of cooking. There are stacks of plates and rows of containers everywhere you look. It’s a practical space for practical work. We’ve been part of the Thyagarajanagar community for a long time. People stop by to chat while we are loading up the vans. We don't use any big words to describe our food. We just cook what people ask for and try to get it there on time. Sometimes the traffic on Nagasandra Main Road makes things difficult, but we know the shortcuts by now. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. We just rely on people remembering us from the last time they had a meal we prepared. It’s just how we run things.
