R P N Caterers is located at No. 141/A on Ramamandir Road. We are right there on the 1st Main Road in the 560010 area. It’s a busy neighborhood and we fit right into the middle of it. Our days usually start before the sun is even up, especially when there's a big order to get out. You’ll see us moving big stainless steel containers and bags of rice around the entrance. The space inside is mostly taken up by the cooking equipment and prep tables. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when everyone is working at once, but we have our system down. Ramamandir Road has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of that over time. We don’t have a flashy storefront or anything; it’s just the place where we do our cooking and get things organized. Sometimes the neighbors pop their heads in to see what’s cooking because the smell travels quite a bit. Loading the transport can be tricky when the road is full of scooters and cars, but we make it work. It’s a lot of physical labor, lifting heavy pots and staying on our feet for hours. We just focus on the tasks at hand, making sure the food is ready and the delivery goes where it’s supposed to go without any big problems. It's just us and the big pots most of the time, making sure we get through the daily schedule.
