R K Tutorials is tucked away on Lakshmi Road, specifically at the 8th Cross in Shanthinagar. Our address is No. 149. It’s a residential street mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads, which is nice for the students. We have a small space here that we’ve used for a long time. It isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building like the others on the street. Inside, we have a few rooms where we sit with the students. The furniture is old but sturdy. We spend a lot of time every evening going through math and science problems. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have more than a few kids in one room, but we manage. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that; we just rely on being here every day. The neighborhood is quite friendly, and we often see the parents waiting outside on their bikes. We keep things very informal here. There’s no dress code or strict rules, just a focus on getting the schoolwork finished. Sometimes the street dogs outside bark quite a bit, but we don't mind. We just keep our heads down and focus on the books. It’s a simple life running a tutorial center in Shanthinagar, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just try to be helpful to the families nearby and keep our doors open for whoever needs a quiet place to learn.
