R K M Caters

We run R K M Caters out of No.677 in Rajajinagar. We’ve been on 11th Cross for quite some time now, and we know this neighborhood pretty well. Catering is a lot of work, and our kitchen stays pretty busy most mornings. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time over big pots and making sure the packing is done right. Most of the time, we’re preparing for local weddings or small family gatherings nearby. Being in 560010, we have a lot of neighbors who just drop by to ask about menus. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s mostly just a workspace where the magic happens, if you want to call it that. It’s loud, hot, and there is always someone moving a crate or a bag of rice. We try to keep things organized, but when you have three events on the same day, it gets a little crazy. Our team is just a bunch of hardworking people who know how to cook in bulk. We don’t use any special tricks, just the recipes we’ve used for years. Sometimes the delivery van struggles with the narrow lanes around here, but we always make it work. It’s a lot of early starts and late finishes. We just enjoy being part of the community and helping out when people need food for their guests.
