R D C Concrete

We are set up over at 31/B on Hosur Main Road, right within the Five Star Cooperative Housing Society area. Working with concrete means things are rarely quiet or clean. There is always the sound of engines and the smell of the road nearby. Being on the main road makes it easy for the big trucks to get in and out, which is the main thing we worry about. The office we have here is pretty basic, mostly just some desks and a lot of files. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with the drivers and making sure the mix is going where it needs to go. It is a lot of logistics and sometimes things get delayed because of the traffic on Hosur Road, which everyone knows is a bit of a mess. We have been doing this for a while and the staff here knows the routine pretty well. It is not a glamorous job by any means. We are often covered in a bit of grey dust by the end of the shift. We just focus on getting the loads ready and making sure the paperwork is sorted out for the housing society and other projects nearby. It is just a practical operation. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations, just the equipment and the people who know how to run it. Things just keep moving day after day.
