Qwest

The office is tucked away on 11th Cross in JP Nagar 1st Phase. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy the 25th Main can get, so being just off it is actually quite nice. We started Qwest as a small operation and honestly, it still feels that way most days. There is always someone coming in or out, and the tea stall nearby is where half our meetings happen. We don’t have any big posters on the walls or formal receptionists. It is just a few rooms with enough space for us to get through the daily tasks. We deal with whatever comes our way, mostly just managing the work that needs doing without making a fuss. The neighborhood is quiet enough that we can actually focus, though the traffic noise from the main road starts picking up around five. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that people who walk through our door feel like they are talking to real humans, not some automated system. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait it out or chat until it’s back. It is a very normal way to work. We’ve been at this address for a bit and people around here know us now. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the files and calls. It works for us.
