You can find us at Thambi Niwas on the 3rd Main in Kamanahalli Extension. It’s an interesting spot because it’s a bit tucked away from the main Karavalli Road traffic. We’ve been running Quintiles Research from this building for a while. It’s not one of those huge glass buildings you see in the tech parks; it’s more of a local setup. We spend our days looking at data and doing the research work that needs to happen for our projects. Some of us have been here since the start and we know the shortcuts to avoid the Bangalore traffic in the evenings. The office space inside Thambi Niwas is pretty straightforward. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a small area to take breaks. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, but that’s just how it goes around here. We just get on with it. Kamanahalli is a busy area with lots of shops and places to eat, so there’s always something happening right outside. We like being here because it feels like a real neighborhood rather than just an industrial zone. Most of the people working here live close by, which makes things easier. It’s a lot of work, keeping track of all the research details, but we have a good rhythm going. We don’t make a big fuss about things, we just show up and do what’s on the list for that day.
