Quality Management International India Pvt Ltd is over on Dickenson Road, specifically in the Manipal Centre at S 117. Now, the Manipal Centre is a big landmark in this part of town, so finding the building is the easy part. Once you get inside, you have to navigate the hallways to find our door. We’ve been in this office for a while. It’s got that classic office feel—lots of grey and white, big windows looking out, and the hum of the air conditioning. We deal with management systems and helping other businesses get their processes in order. It sounds a bit formal, but we aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day unless we really have to. We spend a lot of our time looking at charts and writing up reports. It’s a lot of thinking and planning. The office can get a bit quiet when everyone is focused on their screens, but we usually have a good chat during lunch. There are some good places to eat nearby, which is a plus. We don't have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just know what our jobs are and we try to get through the pile of work on our desks. It’s a solid place to work, right in the heart of things. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in this building, but we’re still here, doing our thing every day without too much fuss or trouble.
