Our shop is located at No.513/2a on Papa Pandu Road in Hanumagiri Layout. We are right on the 1st Main, near the Brigade Apartments. If you’re looking for us, we are tucked behind the Modern English School in Chikkallasandra. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren’t used to the layout. The post comes to Chickkahallasandra Post. We’ve been operating from this corner for quite a while. It’s a local neighborhood vibe through and through. The school kids are always walking by in the mornings and afternoons. Our kitchen is where we spend ninety percent of our time. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s a place with tiled floors and big sinks and a lot of steam. We do the cooking ourselves and don’t hire out for much. When there is a big order, the whole place is a hive of activity. We don’t have a mission statement or anything like that. We just make sure the rice is cooked right and the spices are fresh. It’s a simple way to live. Most of our customers are from the apartments nearby or families who have lived in Chikkallasandra for generations. We don’t do much in the way of selling ourselves. People just know where we are and what we do. It’s a quiet, steady life here on Papa Pandu Road.
