Pyramid Placements

Our office for Pyramid Placements is located at 45 Gruhalakshmi Colony in Bangalore. The pin code is 560 079. It is a bit of a journey to get here if you are coming from the other side of the city, but it’s a decent area once you arrive. We operate out of a ground-floor space that’s part of a larger residential building. Because we do placements, we have people coming in and out all day for interviews or to drop off their resumes. The waiting area is just a couple of plastic chairs near the entrance. It’s not a fancy corporate lobby by any means. We have a couple of old fans that keep the air moving, which is necessary during the warmer months. The walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and a few notes pinned up. Our desks are usually covered in printouts and notebooks. We spend most of our time on the phone, talking to different companies or checking in with candidates. It gets pretty hectic sometimes when we have several roles to fill at once. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate. We usually take turns going out to grab some tea from the shop at the end of the lane. It’s a very grounded, small-scale operation. We don’t use any automated systems or complicated software. We just talk to people and try to help them find something that fits.
