Pushpa Caterers

We run Pushpa Caterers out of our place at No.N-37, right opposite the IBP Petrol Bunk. We are on the 10th Main in Jeevan Bhima Nagar 560033. Most of our day is spent in the kitchen, surrounded by big pots and pans. We do not have a fancy storefront because we are usually out delivering food to different spots. It is a lot of heavy lifting, moving containers into the van and making sure everything is packed tight so it does not spill. We cook for small parties and some offices around the neighborhood. It is a small team, mostly just family and a couple of helpers who have been with us for years. We do not have a set menu that never changes. We just cook what people ask for and what we are good at making. Sometimes the stove acts up or we run out of gas in the middle of a big order, which can be a real headache. But we always figure it out. Our aprons are usually stained with turmeric by the end of the shift. We are not doing anything revolutionary, just making sure people get fed on time. It is a tiring job and our backs usually ache by evening, but it is what we know how to do. We have been in this spot for a while now and the petrol bunk across the street is our main landmark. It is just hard work.
