You can find us at No.25 on the 4th Main, specifically 12th Cross in the 7th Phase of JP Nagar. We are tucked away in Shreyas Colony. It is a relatively quiet part of the city compared to the main roads. The building is just a standard place where we set up our kitchen and storage. We have been working out of JP Nagar for some time now and we like the vibe of Shreyas Colony. It feels more like a home than an office. We start our work very early, often while the rest of the street is still asleep. There is a lot of cleaning to do before we even start the actual cooking. We use big burners and heavy pots that take two people to lift sometimes. We don't really have a marketing team or someone to write fancy words for us. We just do the daily grind. The 12th Cross is narrow, so we have to be careful when moving our stuff around. Sometimes we run out of space and have to stack things up high. It’s a very hands-on job. We don’t have air conditioning, so it gets quite warm in the middle of the day. We just drink a lot of water and keep going. It’s just us doing what we know how to do best in our little corner.
