Pupul Beauty Parlour

Pupul Beauty Parlour is at No.18 on Muneshwara Temple Street in HAL 3rd Stage. We are right opposite the JAY Villa Apartments, which is a big residential building that most people around here recognize. Our parlour is a small, cozy place that mostly serves the women who live in this part of Bangalore. Being on a temple street, it’s usually a bit more peaceful than the big commercial roads, though it gets busy during festival times. The shop is on the ground floor, and we have a few steps leading up to the entrance. Inside, we have set up the space to be as comfortable as possible. There are some chairs for threading and hair work, and a small curtained area for more private services. We have a few cupboards where we store all our towels and beauty kits. The walls are decorated with some simple mirrors and a few pictures. We have a small fan that hums in the corner and keeps the air moving. Many of our customers are ladies from JAY Villa who just walk across the street to see us. We know most of them well and often hear about their kids or their work while we are doing their hair. It’s a very local, neighborhood vibe here. We don't do much advertising; people just find us by walking past or hearing about us from their neighbors. It’s just how things work in this part of HAL.
