Out here at Plot No. 25 in the KIADB area of Hoodi Village, the air sometimes smells quite nice. We are Prova Flavours, and we spend our days working with different extracts and flavorings. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here to Mahadevapura, but it’s a good spot for a facility like ours. The building is a functional space where we do a lot of mixing and testing. It’s not like a kitchen at home; it’s more industrial, with stainless steel vats and lots of bottles everywhere. We spend a lot of time making sure the proportions are just right. If you walk through the lab area, you might catch a whiff of vanilla or maybe something fruity. The staff here mostly wears white coats, which get stained more often than you’d think. It’s a lot of precise work, but we still have a laugh during the tea breaks. The Bangalore sun can make the warehouse quite warm, but we have some decent ventilation going. We don't really have a big fancy lobby for visitors since we are mostly focused on the production side of things. It's just a group of people who have learned a lot about how flavors work over the years. We keep the gate closed most of the time to keep the dust from the road out. It’s a quiet, busy life here in East Taluk and we like the routine of it.
