We are located in JP Nagar, right on the road across from Vidyanikethan School in Jaraganahalli. It’s a busy area and sometimes finding a place to park a scooter is a real headache. Our office is at 9 Lakshmivenkateshwaranilay, which is a bit of a mouthful to say if you are giving directions over the phone. We started Project People Solutions because there was a need for some local help with staffing and finding folks for various jobs around Bangalore. It is not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a water cooler that occasionally leaks if you don't hit the lever just right. Most of our days are spent talking to people who walk in looking for work or calling up businesses to see if they need an extra hand. The school nearby means it gets really loud around three in the afternoon when all the kids come out, so we usually take our tea break then. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. It is just a few of us trying to make things work and keeping the paperwork in order. The neighborhood is friendly enough, and the local shops nearby know us by name now. If you are coming from the main post office, it’s just a short trip down the road. We stay open until the evening most days unless something comes up and we have to close a bit early to beat the traffic.
