Process Associate

Our office is over at No. 12/16 in K.R. Layout. We are right by the Kadirenahalli Cross in J.P. Nagar 6th Phase. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. Process Associate is just a small outfit. We’ve got a handful of people working here, mostly sitting at desks and handling whatever comes across our plates. The building isn't new, and the stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't careful going up. We’ve been in this spot for quite a few years now. Sometimes the traffic at the cross makes it hard to get in on time, but we all do our best to be here. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting people. You just kind of walk in and find whoever you’re looking for. It’s a practical way to work and it suits us fine. We have a few old fans that keep the air moving when it gets hot in the afternoons. Most of the day is just quiet work, with the occasional phone call or someone coming in with a delivery. We know the neighbors pretty well since we’ve been here so long. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. We stay until the job is finished.
