Pro-Logistisc India Ltd is based on the 4th floor at 220 Kamanahalli Main Road, right near the Rakhial Char Rasta. Being up on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the chaos below. Logistics is basically about moving things from point A to point B without losing them. Our desks are usually covered in shipping manifests and schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers, trying to figure out where they are stuck. The elevator in this building is a bit slow, so we often end up taking the stairs. It’s a plain office with white walls and a few posters that have been there forever. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to make sure the trucks arrive on time. Kamanahalli is a lively area, so there’s always a good place to grab some rice or tea nearby. The team is small, but we’ve worked together for a long time. We know each other’s habits and how we take our tea. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, like a flat tire or a closed road. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s a practical business for people who don’t mind a bit of stress. We keep the files organized and the phones ringing. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking maps to see where the traffic is worse today. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
