We are located at 31/A Nagarabhavi Outer Ring Road, which is right near Shobha Hospital. The Outer Ring Road is always humming with cars and buses, so there’s a constant energy right outside our front door. Our space is pretty straightforward. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of paperwork that needs tending to. It’s not the kind of office that looks like it belongs in a movie. It’s just a regular room where we do our daily tasks. Being so close to the hospital means there are always people around, and the area never really stays quiet. We’ve set things up so we can focus on our work despite the noise. We don’t have a corporate handbook or a list of fancy values we talk about all the time. We just believe in showing up and doing what needs to be done. The walls are a bit bare, and we haven't gotten around to putting up many decorations, but it serves its purpose. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is nice. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or working on the computer. It’s a very standard, local business vibe. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often stop at the small bakery for a snack in the afternoon. It’s a simple life here on the Ring Road, and we’re quite comfortable with that.
