Our office is located at No. 30a in the Bommasandra Industrial Area, right near Hosur Road. If you know this part of town, you know it is always busy with trucks and people moving things back and forth. Prince International Health Care Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this industrial patch for a while. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we can get our work done without too much fuss. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or coordinates with drivers coming in from the main road. The dust from the road gets everywhere, so we are constantly wiping down the desks, but that is just part of being in this area. We have a small staff here, and we all know each other’s coffee orders by heart now. There is no big HR department or complicated hierarchy. If something needs to be moved or a box needs taping, whoever is closest just does it. We stay pretty focused on the day-to-day tasks like checking stock and updating our ledgers. The commute along Hosur Road can be a real headache in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up and get out before the worst of the traffic hits. It is a practical life, working in the heart of the industrial zone, and we are quite used to the constant hum of the nearby machinery and the heavy vehicles passing by.
