We’ve been here in Bangalore for a while now. Most of the team shows up early to beat the traffic, though that's easier said than done around here given how the roads are these days. The office is just a regular place where we get through our work every day. It’s usually pretty quiet until the old coffee machine gets going in the morning; it makes a loud clicking noise that everyone recognizes. People here just focus on what needs to get done. We don't have any fancy signs or big flashy displays. It's just a bunch of sturdy desks and computers where we handle the paperwork and all those numbers. Sometimes we go out for lunch at the small place around the corner if we aren't too buried in files. It’s a decent enough spot to work. We’ve got some folks who have been around since the start and some new faces who are still learning where everything is kept. It gets a bit loud when everyone is on calls at once, but that's just part of the daily routine. Bangalore is a busy city, and our office is just one small part of it. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the piles of documents get a bit out of hand, especially during the end of the month. Nothing too complicated, just real people doing their jobs. We don't really do big formal meetings unless it's absolutely necessary. Most of the time, it's just us typing away or chatting across the room about what needs to happen next.
