Praveen Home Tuition

I run this tuition from my place in Hebbal, Mysore. We are situated very close to the More Market, so people use that as a landmark to find us. It’s not a formal school or a big coaching center. It’s just a home-based setup where I help students with their studies. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for a long time, and I know most of the families around here. I started teaching a few kids on my porch, and then it just grew from there. Now I have a dedicated room with a large table and some chairs. It’s a very quiet environment, which is much better than those loud classrooms. Sometimes I travel to the students' houses in the area if that’s easier for them. I don't have any staff or assistants. I do all the teaching and the scheduling myself. My notebook is full of scribbles about which chapter we’re on for which student. We don’t have a curriculum that’s different from what they learn in school. We just go over the same things until they really get it. It’s a very simple process. Parents like it because it’s personal and they can just call me on my mobile anytime. There’s no formal registration or anything. We just agree on a time and start. It’s just a local person helping out local kids with their exams every single week.
