Prathima Engineering Enterprise

You can find us at No.136 in Sri Rampuram. We are on the 4th Main, right in the Nagappa Block. It’s a regular street with houses and other small businesses mixed together. Prathima Engineering Enterprise has been here for a while. The building is simple, with a wide entrance for moving materials in and out. Inside, the sound of metal hitting metal is pretty common. We have a few workbenches that have seen years of use, their surfaces all scratched and worn down. We don't have a fancy office upstairs or anything like that. Everything happens right on the ground floor. We spend our days measuring, cutting, and putting things together. The light comes in through the front and the small windows near the ceiling. It’s often a bit loud, so we have to shout sometimes to hear each other over the machines. We keep a big calendar on the wall to track what needs to be finished, though it’s mostly covered in scribbled notes and phone numbers. Most people who come by are locals or regular clients who’ve been using us for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town; we just want to get through our pile of work every day. When the rains come, the sound on the roof is so loud we can hardly talk at all. We just keep our heads down and stay busy until it’s time to lock up the gate for the night and go home to rest.
