Our office is situated at number 33 on the 7th Cross in Domlur Layout, Bangalore. If you know the area, you know that the 4th Main road can get quite crowded with traffic, especially during the peak hours. We are tucked into a spot that is easy to get to once you navigate the main roads. The office itself is spread across a couple of rooms where we have our workstations set up. It’s a typical Bangalore layout with a lot of wires, some old wooden desks, and a few whiteboards that are usually covered in notes from previous meetings. We spend a lot of our time coordinating various services and keeping track of the different programs we run. It’s not a shiny tech park office; it’s more of a lived-in space where work actually happens. We have a small area for visitors and a tiny kitchen where we make coffee. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more personal than being in a massive industrial zone. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in this city. We like the location because it’s close to a few good places to grab a quick lunch. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the office runs and where everything is stored in the back rooms.
