Popular Hair Dresess

If you’re walking down 12th Cross in Wilson Garden, you’ll find us near the BSNL office. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where the BSNL building is. We’ve been running Popular Hair Dresess out of this small room for a long time now. The street outside can get quite noisy with all the bikes and cars zooming past. Inside, we just have our basic tools and the radio playing some Kannada songs in the background. Sometimes the signal isn't great, but we don't mind. We get a lot of workers coming in during their lunch breaks. They want something quick so they can get back to their jobs. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the name on the door. The floor tiles are a bit chipped in the corners, but we sweep them every hour. It’s just the way things go in a busy shop. We know most of the people who live in the surrounding lanes. They stop by to say hello even if they don't need a haircut that day. It makes the day go by faster when there’s someone to talk to. We keep a big water pot in the corner for anyone who’s thirsty. Wilson Garden has changed a lot since we first opened, with more buildings going up everywhere. But our shop stays pretty much the same. We like the consistency of it all. There’s something nice about seeing the same faces year after year.
