Out here in Bommasandra Industrial Area, things are always moving. Our place is at 260A on Dhole Patil Road. It’s mostly industrial stuff around us, so there’s always a bit of a hum from the machines and trucks passing by. We deal with plastics and different materials every day. The floor gets a bit dusty, and the guys are usually busy checking the stock or running the equipment. It’s not the quietest place, but that’s how a factory area is. We’ve been at this for a while now. The office part is just a few rooms where we handle the paperwork and take calls from people asking about orders. We don’t really do big meetings with slides. It’s more about looking at the parts and making sure they look right. Getting here in the morning can be a bit of a trek with the traffic on the main road, but once you’re inside, it’s just the usual routine. We take our breaks, talk about the weather or the local news, and then get back to the floor. It’s a lot of hands-on work. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just make the things people need and send them out. It’s honest work and we keep ourselves busy from morning to evening. Sometimes the orders pile up, but we just take them one by one until the job is done for the day.
