Plus Factor

Plus Factor is located at 278 Indira Nagar, inside Kubera Park in Lullanagar, Pune. It’s a decent area and we’ve been settled here for some time. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. Our office is pretty lived-in. There are stacks of papers and coffee mugs everywhere. We handle various tasks depending on what is needed that day. It’s not the kind of place where everyone wears a suit. We mostly wear whatever is comfortable. Most of our work involves staying on the computer or talking to people over the phone to get things organized. It can be a bit chaotic during the middle of the week when everything seems to happen at once. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live in the same complex. Pune is a big city but this little corner of Lullanagar feels more like a community. We try to keep things straightforward. If we can do something, we say so. If we can't, we don't pretend otherwise. It’s just a practical way to run a business. We aren't looking to expand into some massive company. We like being small enough to know exactly what’s going on with every job. Sometimes we stay late to finish up, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running your own thing. We usually take a break in the afternoon when it gets quiet.
