Platter Connoissers Delight

We started Platter Connoissers Delight because we just like good food and wanted a place to share it. We are right over on Mahathma Gandhi Road, specifically at number 17 near Jangali Maharaj Road. It gets busy around here, but we try to keep things simple. Most days it’s just us prepping what’s needed for the day. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s a local spot where people come when they are hungry and want something straightforward. We've been at this for a bit now. The kitchen can be a bit loud sometimes when we are in the middle of a rush. We don't really do fancy stuff. If you are walking down JM Road, you'll probably see us. It’s a nice area, even with the traffic. We spend a lot of time making sure the food is ready on time. Sometimes we run out of things if it's a particularly busy Tuesday or Friday. That's just how it goes with a small place. We try to keep the tables clean and the water cold. It’s not a five-star hotel, just a place to eat. We know most of the regulars by name now. It’s good to see the same faces coming back. If you’re around the neighborhood, feel free to stop by and say hello. We’re usually here from morning until the evening wrap-up.
