Pizza Stop

Pizza Stop is over at 18/3 OTC Main Road, right near Cunningham Road. It’s a small shop with a big oven. Most of what we do is stretching dough and putting on toppings. The oven stays hot all day long, so the shop is never cold. We have a few stools for people who want to eat here, but a lot of orders are for carrying out. Cunningham Road is a busy area with lots of traffic and people walking by. We listen to the radio while we work. It’s a lot of flour on the floor and on our clothes. We don't have a fancy uniform, just aprons. My friend helps with the deliveries when it gets busy. We try to keep the boxes stacked neat. Sometimes we run out of certain toppings if the delivery truck is late. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just make pizzas one by one. The door squeaks a bit when people come in. We should probably oil it. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know the other shop owners on the street. It’s a simple business. We start in the morning and go until late at night. The cheese comes in big blocks that we have to grate ourselves. It’s hard work but it’s what we do. We keep the bike parked right outside for quick trips.
