Our office is located at M 59 in the 11th Sector of Bangalore. It is a part of the city that has seen a lot of growth lately, but our corner remains fairly straightforward. We do consulting work, specifically focused on helping companies find the right staff and improving how they operate. The office is a simple room with several desks and a lot of cords for our computers. We do not have any expensive decorations or a lobby with a fountain. It is just a place to sit and work. Most of us have been in this industry for many years, so we know how things go. Bangalore is a fast-moving city, and we try to keep up with the demands of the local businesses here. We do not do much in terms of advertising ourselves. We find that if you do a decent job, people will eventually find you. The 11th Sector is a good location because it is accessible for most people. The building is older and has its quirks, like a door that sticks sometimes, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails. It is not exciting work, but it is necessary. We are a small team and we like it that way because it keeps things easy to manage. We just show up every day, do the work, and head home when it is finished.
