Svs Caters is located over in Peenya 2nd Stage, specifically on 1st Main Road in the Gkw Ramaiah Layout. If you know this area, you know it is mostly industrial and can get pretty noisy with all the trucks moving around. Our place is No. 91 and it is where most of the cooking happens. We wake up really early, usually while it is still dark, to start the stoves and get the big pots ready. There is a lot of chopping and cleaning to do before the sun even comes up. It is hot in the kitchen but we have gotten used to it over the years. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements because we are too busy making sure the rice is cooked right or the sambar has enough spice. It is hard work on the feet all day and by the time we finish a big order, everyone is pretty tired. We use the 1st Main Road to load up the vans. Sometimes the road is blocked by other delivery trucks which makes us run a bit behind. We just focus on getting the food done and sent out to whoever ordered it for their function or lunch. We have a few regular staff who have been with us for a long time. They know where everything is kept in the pantry and how we like things done.
